Right of withdrawal

The rule

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 9; Italian Consumer Code, art. 52).

For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started, if you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); Consumer Code, art. 59, letter o).

How we apply it

For buyers in the EU/EEA, the cart has a box, not ticked by default: "I ask for immediate delivery of the digital content and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the download links are sent. The 30-day refund guarantee still applies." The Checkout button works only after you tick it. Your declaration, with the exact text, the date and time and the language of the page, is stored with your order as the attribute withdrawal_waiver and repeated in your order confirmation email, so you keep it on a durable medium.

If an order from the EU/EEA has no declaration (for example because of a technical problem), the order is tagged no-waiver, the files are delivered anyway, and your right of withdrawal remains for 14 days. A declaration given after delivery has started does not end the right: for that order you can withdraw within 14 days.

How to withdraw

Send an unambiguous statement to support@careerfirewall.com within 14 days of purchase. You may use the form below. We confirm receipt by email and refund within 14 days of your statement, to the payment method you used.

Withdraw online

Use the button "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of this page (it is also in the footer of every page). Enter your name, the order number and your email, then press "Confirm withdrawal". You see the date and time of your withdrawal on screen, and we confirm it by email right away.

The app in System + Coach AI

The app included in System + Coach AI is a digital service that starts with its public launch (planned for the first quarter of 2027). The box in the cart concerns the digital content only: for the service, the 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase is not waived. The 30-day refund and clause 4 of the founding-member terms apply in any case.
