1. What you buy

Digital content: the Career Firewall guide (October 2026 edition) in PDF and EPUB, and, depending on the edition, the 90-day workbook, the prompt library, templates, checklists, the 12 weekly milestone pages of the workbook (also sent as 12 weekly reminder emails, if you sign up on the page linked in the order confirmation), the Sector Exposure Maps and, for the System + Coach edition, 12 months of the Career Firewall Coach app under the founding member terms below. The exact content of each edition is listed on the sales page next to the price.

2. Formats and requirements

PDF (A4 and US Letter) and EPUB; workbook as fillable PDF, printable PDF and DOCX; prompt library as PDF and XLSX; audio as MP3. You need a PDF reader, a web browser and, to use the prompts, a free account on an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot). Files may carry your name and email as a watermark. Download links are sent by email within minutes of payment and shown on the order page. All published languages are included; languages published later are sent as a free update.

3. Conclusion of the contract, price and payment

The editions shown in the store are not yet a binding offer. You put the edition you want in the cart, enter your details and can check and correct every entry before you send the order. By clicking the final checkout button ("Order with obligation to pay") you place a binding order. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation email, sent right after the order, which repeats the content of the contract; we keep the contract and you keep that email. Contract languages: English and the language of your checkout.

Prices are shown in the currency of your market. In the EU they include VAT; elsewhere taxes are added at checkout only where the law requires it. Payment through Shopify Payments (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, local methods) or PayPal. The launch price of the System edition is dated and shown next to the price; it applies once and is never repeated.

4. Right of withdrawal and immediate delivery

For digital content delivered without a physical medium, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless they ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that they lose that right (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); Italian Consumer Code, art. 59). For buyers in the EU/EEA, the cart has a box to ask for immediate delivery. Elsewhere there is no box: the 30-day guarantee and the mandatory consumer rights of your country apply. Your declaration, with date, time and language, is stored with your order and repeated in the order confirmation. If the declaration is missing, the files are still delivered and your right of withdrawal remains for 14 days. Details on the withdrawal page.

5. 30-day refund guarantee

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, by writing to support@careerfirewall.com. We issue the refund within 5 working days; your bank may take up to 10 more days. It applies to every edition and to the Sector Exposure Maps. The files stay yours. A refund of the System + Coach edition cancels the founding member status.

The legal guarantee of conformity for digital content applies in addition to this refund guarantee: if the files do not match their description or do not work, we fix or replace them, or refund you (Directive (EU) 2019/770; Italian Consumer Code, arts. 135-octies and following).

6. Updates

The October 2026 edition includes four dated updates until 31 October 2027 (January, April, July and October 2027), each with a changelog, refreshed data in Modules 1 and 8 and a source check. Updates are sent by email with a new download link.

7. Founding member terms (System + Coach edition)

  1. The Career Firewall Coach app is in development; public launch is planned for the first quarter of 2027. The edition includes 12 months of access from the public launch date.
  2. At the end of the 12 months there is no automatic renewal: you choose if you want to continue, with express consent given on Stripe at activation.
  3. The founder price of 9 USD per month (charged in US dollars) is guaranteed for 24 months after the 12 included months, as long as the subscription stays active.
  4. If the app is not available by 30 June 2027, you automatically receive a fixed refund for the app, in the currency of your order: 50 USD, 45 EUR, 64 CAD, 70 AUD, 74 NZD, 120 BRL or 450 MXN. If you prefer, you can take a credit instead; on request, a refund of the whole order, with no 30-day limit.
  5. Priority beta access means access at least 30 days before public launch, with a monthly email on development.
  6. A refund of the edition within 30 days cancels the founding member status.

8. Licence and use

The content is licensed to you for personal use. You may print it and keep it on your devices. You may not resell it, publish it or share the download links. Templates may be used for your own CV, profile and memos without limit.

9. No promise of outcome

Career Firewall is educational material. It does not promise employment, job security, promotion or income. Every statistic in it has a dated source; sources are listed in the guide.

10. Reviews

Reviews are collected from verified buyers only and published according to the review policy, including negative ones.

11. Law and disputes

Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. As a consumer you can bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and you can only be sued there. You can also turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country. The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025. For matters not covered by mandatory consumer rules, the courts of the seller's registered office (Viale Papa Giovanni XXIII 30, 24121 Bergamo (BG), Italia) have jurisdiction.
